The Columbia Pacific Economic Development District (Col-Pac) invites interested parties to submit
statements of qualification and experience to provide grant writing, environmental and engineering
consulting services, and reuse planning in association with our new Brownfield program. The resulting
contract will be for five years with an option to extend said contract for two additional three-year
periods.
