OEDA has published a finalized Implementation Guidance Memo to consult and utilize for communities that are planning to utilize the waiver provided by House Bill 2343. The Memo contains essential guidance regarding timing and key features of resolution language and reflects the input of associate organizations and implementation partners. The memo has also been shared to implementation partners.
If and when a draft resolution from a utilizing community becomes available to share with our members OEDA will do so.
OEDA thanks those among its membership who served on the workgroup for this bill as well as the municipal associations, assessor partners and state agency staff for their partnership in getting this measure accomplished and helping to make it actionable in a meaningful way.
