Bio

Caitlyn Q. brings more than 15 years of experience in community engagement, business development, and organizational leadership in Oregon, including seven years in executive management roles. Her work has focused on strategic planning, program development, and partnership-driven initiatives that support Oregon businesses and strengthen local economies. Prior to joining OEDA, Caitlyn served as interim CEO of the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce, where she led key initiatives to support Tualatin-area businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. In that role, she managed Washington County’s Business Recovery Center Grant and PPE Product Distribution Program, and coordinated cross-sector partnerships with community organizations, public officials, and regional stakeholders. Caitlyn was appointed Executive Director of OEDA in April 2022, where she leads the organization’s strategic direction, programs, and member engagement efforts to advance economic development across Oregon. She earned her Oregon Certified Economic Developer (OCED) credential in October 2024.
