Sienna Fitzpatrick is a Tax and Incentives Specialist at Business Oregon, managing the Qualified Jobs Creation Tax Credit program and supporting the agency’s growing portfolio of work. They have served city, county, and regional governments around Oregon in the economic development field since 2019 and they now join the state to continue advancing this important work. Their background includes supporting community priorities for urban renewal and redevelopment, mass timber industry ecosystem research, program management, strategic planning, and downtown revitalization. Sienna is a RARE AmeriCorps alumnus and graduate of the Community & Regional Planning program at the University of Oregon.
