The City of La Grande’s current economic development plan was adopted in 2012.
As we enter the budgeting cycle for 2026 we are anticipating going out to bid for a consultant to lead us in developing an updated economic development plan and looking to establish a realistic budget for this task.
Any insights from OEDA members who have positive planning experience that can share budgets and or consultant recommendations greatly appreciated
