The City of Florence, Oregon is looking for one full-time, on-site, Economic Development employee to support our Economic Development Department in the City Manager’s Office.
The hiring pay range will vary for each position as follows (both of these positions are Exempt):
- Economic Development Analyst – $50,000/yr. – $56,500/hr. – position cap is $76,000/yr.
- Senior Economic Development Analyst – $56,000/yr. – $63,000/yr. – position cap is $84,000/yr.
The Economic Development Department of the City Manager’s Office is responsible for all things local businesses and establishes efforts that seek to create and retain jobs in our community. Our approach to Economic Development is to support business retention and expansion, business marketing and recruitment, and entrepreneurs and innovation. We focus on these three areas to achieve the goal of stable development and prosperity for our community.
