Terms and Conditions for OEDA’s Job Board

1. Job Posting Eligibility
OEDA Members may post an unlimited number of job opportunities at no cost.

Non-Members can purchase individual job listings and listing packages for a fee. All listings remain active for 30 days.

2. Listing Management
OEDA Members can easily manage and edit their listings through their personal Job Dashboard, accessible via the Members Area. Member Account login credentials required.

Non-Members can request one edit per listing. Requests must be sent directly to the Admin Team at info@oeda.biz and are subject to review and approval.

3. Payment and Activation
Job listings are free and unlimited for OEDA Members.

Non-member job listings require full payment before they are published. Failure to complete payment may result in the removal of the listing and may impact future eligibility to utilize the Job Board. All sales are final. Refund credit must be requested within 24 hours of listing activation in writing or by email. Credits may be issued to be used for future job listings.

All submitted listings are subject to review and approval by the Admin Team. Once a listing has been approved, it will be made live on the Job Board.

4. Listing Expiration and Renewals
All job postings are active for 30 days. OEDA Members can renew their listings through their personal Job Dashboard.

Non-Members must purchase a renewal to extend their listing beyond the initial 30-day period.

5. User Content & Guidelines

Any material, information or other communication you transmit or post to this Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary (“Communications”). The Oregon Economic Development Association will have no obligations with respect to the Communications. OEDA and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the Communications and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Job Board any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law.

Linked sites are not under the control of Oregon Economic Development Association and is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. We reserve the right to terminate any link or linking program at any time. We do not endorse companies or products to which it links and reserves the right to note as such on its web pages. If you decide to access third party sites linked within user-submitted job listings and associated pages, you do this entirely at your own risk.

6. Policy Changes
OEDA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Job Board constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
