The City of Bend Economic Development Department is actively recruiting for one(1) full-time Urban Renewal Project Manager. This opportunity is Represented by the City of Bend Employees Association (COBEA), FLSA exempt position and has a duration of up to two(2) years.
This position is assigned to the Economic Development Department and has broad leadership and management responsibility for planning, public engagement, real estate transactions, land entitlement and land development within the City’s urban renewal areas. This position monitors the division budget; and contributes to the development of operational goals, objectives, and priorities.
