Salary range: $65,000 – $95,000

Position Summary
The Director of Research & Strategy is responsible for supporting Greater Portland Inc’s business attraction, marketing, regional convening and strategic planning, and community assistance efforts. The position will lead the regional Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy planning process through research, convening regional stakeholders, and managing the strategy’s implementation. The Director will manage existing export and industrial site readiness programs. The Director will provide business, industry, and other economic research to support business attraction, marketing, and community assistance efforts. The position provides the opportunity to develop GPI’s capabilities to drive regional economic competitiveness in coordination with key stakeholders and partners. These duties are subject to change.
