Join us for the next course in the Oregon Economic Development Certification Program to learn how to create a marketing plan and brand for your community, target industry, or redevelopment site. Learn from consultants, economic development professionals, and successful brand managers, about what works, what doesn’t, and how to start implementing your plan and measuring results.
Matthew Bowler, Partner at Mandala Agency, will facilitate the class, along with instructors and case studies from across Oregon. Mr. Bowler has degrees from University of Oxford and Tufts University and brings experience living and working across the globe, including in a marketing role for Porsche. At Mandala he has overseen recent marketing/branding strategies for Oregon RAIN and EDCO as well as work for EARTH2O, Mountain Hardwear, SunRiver Resort, and Hydroflask.
