$5,690.00 – 7,842.00 Monthly
$68,280.00 - $94,104.00 Annually

This position is a regular, full-time position with a limited duration assignment for approximately two years.
Under general direction of the City Manager’s office, with the guidance of the Bend Economic Development Advisory Board (BEDAB), this professional senior-level position is responsible to actively promote and advocate for the business sector in the City of Bend. This is accomplished through actions that facilitate the planning, coordination, development and implementation of business and economic development programs and projects within the City. The incumbent acts as a facilitator and liaison between the business community and City staff. Position requires management and performance of specific project tasks.
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance or other related field, Master’s degree preferred; and 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in business, marketing, finance, project management or other closely related field; including 2 years of experience supervising others, managing complex, highly visible projects; an excellent working knowledge of small business needs as evidenced by 2-3 years of private and/or public sector experience OR an equivalent combination of education, skills, abilities and experience to perform the work as outlined.
