About Team Oregon Food Processing:

In 2012, a group of economic development professionals combined forces to develop the next step in the successful Team Oregon initiative. As a result of a survey of its membership, OEDA identified a strong interest in targeting the food processing sector in this recruitment strategy. Interested parties met in late 2011 and by early 2012 were already organized and participating in a variety of tradeshow opportunities including the Winter Fancy Food show in San Francisco, the Northwest Food Processors Association Expo in Portland, and the Natural Products Expo West show in Anaheim.

Team Oregon Food Processing is currently in the process of creating a budget for 2013-14 and is creating a strategic plan which will include future trade shows and targeted recruitment efforts.
